We are thrilled to report that our overall average retention rate for all employee groups in 2023-2024 reached an impressive 86.9%. This upward trend underscores our commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment.
We are also proud to announce a notable increase in the diversity of our workforce. The percentage of overall staff of color rose from 24% in 2022-2023 to 25.9% in 2023-2024. This progress reflects our ongoing commitment to building a workforce that truly represents the diverse communities we serve.
