Hello Pine Tree Families, this is a message from our Falcons PTO Group!
We’re excited to announce that we need volunteers for our October events! Here’s how you can get involved:
Conference Week Meals/Treats: We’re looking for volunteers to prepare delicious dishes or treats for our dedicated staff who will be staying late for parent-teacher conferences on October 21st and 22nd. Your contributions will help show our appreciation for their hard work!
Book Fair Assistance: Join us at the Book Fair! We need volunteers to help with setup, sales, and organizing books. It’s a fun way to promote literacy and support our school community. Book Fair is October 18th -24th.
Monster Mash - On Friday, October 18th is a Family Friendly Event: See how you can help below.
Arts and Crafts Table: We’re looking for creative volunteers to assist at the arts and crafts table. Help inspire our young artists!
Set-Up/Clean-Up: We need hands on deck to help with set-up and clean-up for our events. Every bit of help counts!
DJ: If you have experience as a DJ or just love to play music, we’d love to have you help create a fun atmosphere!
If you’re interested in volunteering for either event, please sign up by using the QR Codes in the flyer below or contact falconspto@falconspto.onmicrosoft.com. Your support makes a big difference!
Thank you for being a vital part of the Falcons community!
