The community is invited to a Free Vaccine Clinic on Friday, December 12, from 11 AM to 3 PM, featuring expanded health services provided by the Care-A-Van. This special event brings together preventive care, wellness support, and immunization services—all available at no cost.
During the clinic, the Care-A-Van will be onsite offering a wide range of walk-in preventive health screenings, making it easy for individuals and families to access valuable health resources in one convenient location. No appointments are needed.
Care-A-Van services include:
A1C testing
Blood glucose screening
Blood pressure screening
Mental health screening
Telehealth support
Vaccine education
Vision testing
COVID and flu test kits
BMI screening
Naloxone kits
In addition to these services, immunizations will be available for those who need them.
All ages are welcome, and insurance is not required. All services are completely no cost.
Community members are encouraged to stop by, learn about their health, receive needed vaccines, and access supportive wellness services. This event is designed to help reduce barriers to care and ensure everyone has access to essential health resources.
