College Bound Scholarship Conference

Juniors, Seniors, & Their Families Are Invited!

The College Bound Scholarship Conference brings together high school juniors, seniors and their families to explore Washington college programs. Learn how to access your College-Bound Scholarship, find other ways to pay for college, and gain practical strategies to be a successful college student. Even if you are not planning to attend Green River College, join us for this exciting event to explore your options!

Date: Saturday, March 30 from 8 a.m.-1 p.m.

Location: Green River College Main Campus (12401 SE 320th Street, Auburn, WA 98092)

This year’s event features:

  • Informational presentations for students and families
  • Admissions/Financial Aid Open Lab with one-on-one assistance
  • Resource Fair showcasing colleges and support services
  • Light breakfast provided
  • Childcare provided
  • Interpreters available for Spanish, Punjabi, Vietnamese, Somali, Ukrainian, American Sign Language (ASL)

Free Transportation is Available

Free transportation will be offered from several locations on a first-come, first-served basis. Buses will return to pickup locations, departing Green River College at 1:15 PM.

  • Kentlake High School at 7:15 a.m.
  • Kentwood High School at 7:30 a.m.
  • Birch Creek Community Center at  7:40 a.m.
  • Kent-Meridian High School at  7:15 a.m.
  • Kentridge High School at  7:30 a.m.
