Kentridge Summer School

Credit Recovery courses will be offered at Kentridge this summer. Summer School will be a combination of remote and in-person learning.

The Credit Recovery process for Summer School will be as follows:

  • Students will meet with their counselor for their registration. Students will need to have a parent/guardian sign the registration form.
  • Students and their parents will need to indicate Hybrid or Remote. 
  • Hybrid students will be expected to attend Edgenuity work sessions in their assigned B-hallway classrooms and in A-22 and maybe A-28. 
  • Summer schoolwork sessions will run June 26th thru the 29th from 8:30am-11:30am.
  • Beginning July 6th, summer schoolwork sessions will run Tuesdays and Thursdays 7/6, 7/11, 7/13, 7/18, 7/20, 7/25 and 7/27 from 8:30am-11:30am.
  • Students will be expected to log in at home for 1-2 hours each day and make progress. 
  • Students who do not complete coursework by the end of summer school will meet with their Counselors in the fall to discuss options.
  1. **Important information for all students needing a laptop for this summer to complete work for AP courses, online CTE courses, Running Start and of course KR Summer School. All students must return their Microsoft Surface Laptop. However, students enrolled in any of the above-mentioned programs, will be issued a laptop to use over the summer. You must pick your laptop up afterschool, Wednesday, June 21.
