Help Us Plan For Next Year's Budget

What Are Your Top Priorities for Kent School District's 2020-2021 Budget?

We have begun to plan for next year’s budget and want to hear what is important to you and what we should prioritize within our district. Participate in our districtwide Thouightexchange to share your ideas and vote on other's ideas

Please do keep in mind that wages, hours and working conditions are subject to bargaining and are discussed only at the bargaining table with our labor partners for eight of nine of our employee groups.

Participate by Friday, March 6

We are seeking input from students, staff, families, and community members. Please share your thoughts and then rate the thoughts of others.

At the end of the exchange, we will share all the comments and show how they were rated. Additionally, your feedback will be shared directly with our School Board as they prepare to approve a budget for the 2020-21 school year that reflects the priorities of our District and community through responsible use of monies. View the first School Board work session where our Board began discussing their budget priorities.
