Kent School Board Vacancy

In the December 9 regular board meeting, Leah Bowen resigned her position as a Kent School Board director effective December 10, 2020. She was elected to represent District 1 in November 2019.

Ms. Bowen shared her resignation is not an easy decision. Still, she must put family first, that she is thankful for having had the opportunity to serve, and she "departs with the confidence our kids are in the best hands possible."

We thank her for her service and commitment to successfully preparing all students for their futures.
