Kindergarten Announcements
We are getting excited about welcoming our new students and families to Kindergarten in 2022-2023!
If you have a student that will be entering Kindergarten in 2022-2023, please be sure you have completed the Kent School District Enrollment process here.
We will also be hosting a Kindergarten Jumpstart program on August 16th, 17th and 18th. This will be an opportunity for incoming Kindergarten students to come in from 9:00A – 11:30 a.m. and start learning the routines and procedures at school.
If you are interested in your student joining us for our Jumpstart program, please fill out the Jumpstart Enrollment Sign-up Form.

The Nina "Will" Williams Dual Language Program
The Kent School District (KSD) Dual Language program develops a high academic and linguistic proficiency in two languages by participating in a rigorous academic program that enhances the development of bilingualism, biculturalism, and biliteracy so that students will graduate ready for college, career, and life in a globally competitive economy.KSD has officially renamed the Dual Language Program in honor of Nina “Will” Williams. Under Nina "Will" William's leadership, the KSD Dual Language program has grown into a strong, sustainable K-12 program. -
Kindergarten
We are excited to welcome a new class of Kindergartners in the fall of 2022! Incoming Kindergarten families who wish to enroll their student in the Dual Language Program must complete the information in BOTH of these links:
- 2022-2023 Online Enrollment (Starting Fall 2022)
- Kindergarten Dual Language Lottery (apply through April 30th)

We will have a Virtual Open House for Incoming Kindergarten on April 21st from 6-7PM. More information will be sent out to all our families, including the link.

Neely-O'Brien is a Title I School
Visit the Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) website for a library of downloadable publications to learn more about how Title I works.
We recommend reviewing "What is Title I, Part A?" and "Parents Right to be Informed." Both documents are available in many languages.
