Register & Pay Fees by Nov. 9, 2023
All students enrolled in Advanced Placement (AP) courses must update their College Board account and pay the required fees by November 9 in order to take AP exams in May.
Update Your College Board Account
Use the code provided by your AP teacher(s) to join the roster for your class(es) and update personal information in your College Board account.
Even if your College Board account indicates "yes" for testing, you must also finalize your test payment by the end of the day on November 10.
Pay Exam Fee(s) by End of Day on Nov. 9
To register for one or more tests, pay the exam fee(s) online using the Kent School District Online Payment Portal or at the KW Cashier window. The full price for each exam is $98.00.
Payments are accepted from Sept. 21 through Nov. 9. On-time payment collection closes at the end of the day on Thursday, Nov. 9.
- Cost if paid between Sept. 21 and Nov. 9, 2023: $98 per exam
- Cost if paid between Nov. 16, 2023 and March 15, 2024: $138 per exam
Payments will be accepted through Kent School District's Online Payment Portal or at the KW Cashier window. March 10, 2024, is the last day to order a test.
Reduced or No Fee for Qualifying Students
Students who receive free and reduced-price meals will either have a reduced fee or will not have to pay the exam fee.

2023 Exams
2023 Advanced Placement (AP) Exams will be administered during the school day.
Students will be excused from their regular classes for the test time. Attendance will be taken for each exam.
More information about when dates for specific exams will be posted when that information becomes available.
AP Exams will be administered in schools as paper and pencil exams (except for AP Language and Composition, AP Literature and Composition, AP U.S. History and AP World History: Modern, which will be digital exams) during the first two full weeks of May: May 6–10 and May 13–17.
A late testing window is available May 22–24 if students cannot test during the first two full weeks of May.
