    The Kent School District (KSD) Customer Support Center (CSC) offers ongoing laptop support by appointment on Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

    Make an appointment and visit the KSD Administration Center to have your laptop repaired or replaced.

    Due to extremely high demand, appointment slots are limited. We are working to increase available times and thank you for your patience.

Laptop Distribution

  • Request a Thursday Delivery

    Laptop delivery is now available on Thursdays to Kent School District students in grades K-12 who still need a device to complete the 2019-2020 school year.

    Complete the KSD Family Laptop Request form before 4:00 p.m. on Monday to receive a laptop on Thursday.

    • Complete the form for each student who needs a laptop.
    • Choose between the 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or 4:00-8:00 p.m. delivery windows.
    • Submit your request before 4:00 p.m. on Monday to receive a laptop on Thursday.
    • An adult with photo ID must be present to receive the laptop delivery.

    If your student is leaving the Kent School District before the end of the 2019-2020 school year, please make an appointment to return their laptop.

    2019-2020 Collection Process to Be Determined
