Participation Requirements

• Register online using Family ID.
• Complete a current Participation History and Physical Examination form.
  • Grade 7: Exam dated after June 1, 2019
  • Grade 8: Physicals from last school year are still valid.
• Purchase an ASB sticker for $15.00
• Pay all fines and fees
• Must be passing 5 of 6 classes with a minimum 2.0 grade point average (GPA)
