The purpose of this data is to provide our community with a transparent summary of all known cases of COVID-19 in the Kent School District, February - September 2021. Cases reflect King County Public Health known confirmed cases of COVID-19 in our students and staff.
About Historical COVID-19 Cases by Building Table
- We are providing the cumulative total of confirmed COVID-19 cases since athletics began in February 2021 through September 2021, when we transitioned to a new contact tracing database system on October 1, 2021.
- Please note that the staff case numbers in this table could be duplicated because some staff work in multiple buildings (for example, maintenance staff may have worked in two district buildings during the 48-hour infectious period).
- Inactive students or withdrawn students are counted under the KSD Administration Center cumulative list, not their home school for the year.
- The student cases for the 2020-21 school year include all KSD students, whether they are learning in the remote or hybrid learning model.
