Laptop Return

  • Make an Appointment 

    Make an appointment and visit the KSD Administration Center your laptop if:

    • You are a senior from the class of 2020 who still has a KSD laptop.
    • You are a student or staff member who is not returning to KSD for the 2020-2021 school year.
    • You previously returned your laptop without a charger.

    Students in kindergarten through eleventh grades and staff who will return to KSD for the 2020-2021 school year may keep their laptops over the summer.

    The Kent School District (KSD) Customer Support Center (CSC) offers ongoing laptop support by appointment on Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

    Make an appointment and visit the KSD Administration Center to have your laptop repaired or replaced.

    Due to extremely high demand, appointment slots are limited. We are working to increase available times and thank you for your patience.

    In the meantime, please find answers to frequently asked questions and check out free or low-cost internet options.

Laptop Distribution

  • Laptop Delivery Closed for the 2019-2020 School Year

    After June 12, we are no longer distributing laptops to Kent School District students for the 2019-2020 school year.

    Families who submitted a request for a laptop delivery before 4:00 p.m. on June 8 will still receive their delivery on Thursday, June 11. If you miss your planned delivery on June 11, you may schedule an appointment to pick a laptop up at the KSD Administration Center on June 18. Please call (253) 373-7030 before June 17 to schedule an appointment. We are available on weekdays between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

    2020-2021 School Year

    Students who are new to KSD for the 2020-2021 school year will receive a laptop when the school year begins. Stay tuned, more information will be available on this page in August.
