Adaptive Support Center (ASC) Supplies

2023-2024 Adaptive Support Center (ASC) Supply List

This supply list is voluntary. Our school will make provisions for any student who cannot afford the listed supplies. Please let the classroom teacher know if this is necessary.

Primary

• 1 box of gallon-sized Ziploc bags
• 2 boxes of sandwich-sized Ziploc bags
• 3 boxes of Kleenex
• 1 hand sanitizer
• 2 packages of baby wipes
• Backpack large enough to fit folders and books (label with name)
• 2 changes of clothing: pants, shirt, and socks (label with name)
• Underwear, diapers or other toiletry items if necessary (label with name)
• Snack to share with the class

Secondary

• 4 large glue sticks
• 2 boxes of sandwich-sized Ziploc bags
• 1 box of Kleenex
• 1 box of gallon-sized Ziploc bags
• 1 pencil pouch
• Backpack large enough to fit folders and books (label with name)
• Change of clothing: pants, shirt, and socks (label with name)
• Snack to share with the class

Label All Supplies & Personal Items

Please label backpacks, headphones, coats, hats, gloves, umbrellas, lunch boxes, and other personal items that come to school.
