2022-2023 Fifth-Grade Supply List

This supply list is voluntary. Our school will make provisions for any student who cannot afford the listed supplies. Please let the classroom teacher know if this is necessary.

  • 1 composition notebook
  • 3 packages of pencils
  • 4 folders
  • 1 package of lined paper
  • 2 pink erasers
  • 1 ruler

  • Personal earbuds/headphones
  • 4 spiral notebooks (red, purple, green, blue)
  • 4 pocket folders with brads (red, purple, green, blue)
  • 24 # 2 yellow pencils OR 4 mechanical pencils w/extra lead
  • 1 large erase (no eraser caps)
  • 1 package of 3X5 index cards

Label All Supplies & Personal Items

Label supplies with your child’s name as they are the personal property of the student. Please also label coats, hats, gloves, backpacks, umbrellas, lunch boxes, and other personal items that come to school.
