About Us
Our Learning Improvement team creates specific conditions to actualize our strategic plan and its focus on the elimination of opportunity gaps. We are committed to improving how central office leadership works to support building principals as instructional leaders to impact improved outcomes for all students.
Our main focus is to effectively partner with principals in both one-to-one and group settings. By creating and sustaining active principal communities of practice or professional learning communities, our goal is to foster continuous growth of individual students and increase school performance.
