Schedule a Tuesday/Thursday Appointment
In-person laptop support is available by appointment on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the KSD Administration Center.
Make an appointment to have your laptop repaired or replaced.
Request a Wednesday/Friday Delivery
Laptop delivery is available as needed on Wednesdays and Fridays to students who do not have a functioning device and are unable to visit the KSD Administration Center for an appointment.
Before scheduling a delivery, we will try to resolve the issue remotely.

Schedule an Appointment
Kent School District (KSD) Customer Support Center (CSC) offers ongoing laptop support by appointment on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Make an appointment and visit the KSD Administration Center to pick up a laptop for a new student.
Request a Delivery
Contact the CSC to request a laptop delivery for a new student.
