The Kent School District (KSD) Customer Support Center (CSC) offers ongoing laptop support by appointment on Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Due to extremely high demand, appointment slots are limited. We are working to increase available times and thank you for your patience.
Request a Thursday Delivery by June 8
Laptop delivery is now available on Thursdays through June 11 to Kent School District students in grades K-12 who still need a device to complete the 2019-2020 school year.
Complete the KSD Family Laptop Request form before 4:00 p.m. on Monday, June 8, to receive a laptop on Thursday, June 11.
- Complete the form for each student who needs a laptop.
- Choose between the 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or 4:00-8:00 p.m. delivery windows.
- Submit your request before 4:00 p.m. on Monday to receive a laptop on Thursday.
- An adult with photo ID must be present to receive the laptop delivery.
Families who miss their delivery on June 11 will need to call the Customer Support Center at (253) 373-7030 to make another appointment.
Grades K-11: Keep Laptops Over the Summer
Students in kindergarten through eleventh grades who will return to KSD for the 2020-2021 school year may keep their KSD laptops over the summer.
If your student will not return to Kent School District for the 2020-2021 school year, please make an appointment to return the KSD laptop.
Class of 2020: Return Laptops in June
We are collecting laptops from the class of 2020 during senior checkout events at each school. Please visit your school on its one scheduled day to return the KSD laptop and charger (cases will not be collected).
