Skyward Family Access
Family Access allows parents/guardians electronic access to school related information. For elementary students, parents can view their child’s attendance, the school calendar, messages from the school office or teacher, and vaccination records, along with student and emergency contact information. Parents of secondary students, and secondary students themselves, can access all of the previously listed items and also see grades, student schedule, test scores, and academic history. Another great feature of Family Access is one login allows parents to view the records of all students within a single family, even if the students are enrolled at different (KSD) schools.
Elementary parents contact the student’s school for log-in information. Parents/guardians of seventh grade students receive a letter from the child’s school in the fall, or upon enrollment, containing the log-in ID and password.
Secondary students receive their Student Access log-in ID and password at school. If there are questions regarding the log-in ID and password, student grades, or other student or school information, please contact the student’s school.

Skylert allows parents and guardians the ability to request auto-dial messages go to telephones (home, work or cell), email addresses or as text messages. Parents and guardians can add multiple phones and email addresses to receive messages as well as opt out of receiving non-emergency school district messages.
