The first thing we see when we enter is the front
desk. This is where the routine firefighter business takes place and
emergency call information comes in, so the firefighters know where to go.
Here we see the firefighter working on the log book where all daily
activities are recorded. The firefighter takes the time to plan well so
that enough firefighters can go where they're
