About the UnitsThese K-6 technology-integrated units were developed for use by Kent School District teachers. They were designed as a way of providing teachers completed units directly correlated with current KSD curriculum. Many units also have extensions and are appropriate for those teachers already using technology in their classrooms. Each unit focuses on a curriculum topic combined with technology that meets the KSD technology standards at that grade level.
Kent School District classroom teachers who authored the units are listed on each of the units. As always, teachers may feel free to call the Technology Integration Specialist (ITS) in their building or their Technology Mentor Teacher for help using or modifying these units or to plan a unit of their own.
The following is a list of each of the types of files that are linked from the units and what you can expect when you click on one of the links.
