CU is an online professional development community for educators, developed with the goal of helping teachrs to successfully integrate technology into their instruction. It is sold as a subscription service, allowing teachers to use as much of the system as they like for a single annual fee. Features of CU include collaboration tools, message boards, resource collections, Web Drive file/project storage, and project galleries. Classes are three- or six-week courses led by trained "guides." Users can also access many step-by-step tutorial modules in its "How to Center" and "Recipes for Success!" areas.

This company offers network and business application training at their building sites. It also offers online training through "Element K Journals." This is the company that produces the "Inside Word 97, Inside Excel, Inside Windows 95," etc. You can look at numerous journal articles which provide lessons taught using Microsoft products. It also offers online training for those subscribers to their journals. Tailored more toward the business/technical world than the education market.
